Badgirlriri crowned most influential female celeb

Hooray!!! Rihanna named the most powerful celebrity influencer of 2017. That's like being crowned queen of the world! Badgirlriri has been found to wield the most power in the art of trend setting.

Fashion search platform Lyst analysed over 100million search queries in 2017 and used the data to find out what 80million global shoppers wanted to wear. Guess what?
Rihanna's wears. She came out tops as the person people most wanted to imitate! I think Rihanna followers should now have a collective name. Say: Rihannians.
Speak of collaboration collections with Puma, Dior and her own beauty line Fenty. That's influence speaking.

Anything Rihanna "Midas" touches turns to sold according to fashion search platform Lyst.

The 29-year-old singer, actress and make-up entrepreneur has been officially crowned the most powerful celebrity influencer of the year thanks to her eclectic style driving huge sales for fashion brands like Molly Goddard, Gucci, Saint Laurent and Puma throughout the year, all which have been mimicked by her addicted fans.

Even down to her designer eyewear it seems anything the icon wears, people want - so much so she put even the so-called 'Kate effect' in the shade.

In fact, the Duchess of Cambridge only just scraped into Lyst's top five most influential fashion icons, behind Rihanna, singer Selena Gomez, supermodel Bella Hadid, and  Meghan Markle who placed at number four.

As part of Lyst's end-of-year fashion report, the list of the most influential stars is based on giant soars in demand in the hours after a particular item was worn by a celeb.

Rihanna donned some of Instagram's most cult items of the year too.
She turned heads back in April when attending Coachella wearing a crystal-embellished Gucci bodysuit and vest that was inked with the phrase 'common sense is not that common'.

The Diamond hitmaker most recently favoured a pair of the brand's luxe crystal socks that retail for £885.

TOP FIVE INFLUENCERS
1. Rihanna
2. Selena Gomez
3. Bella Hadid
4. Meghan Markle
5. Kate Middleton

She has released collections with Puma and Dior, often wearing her own designs that have become sell-outs.
That includes the Fenty x Puma bow trainer that was the most-wanted it-trainer of the year according to Lyst, with one person searching for the shoe every seven seconds.
